Color Wheel

Today Art I is beginning the process of creating a color wheel using colored pencils.

Step 1: Everyone starts with a blank circle.
Step 2: everyone selected another circle that has images attached to it.
Step 3: Everyone creates a line drawing on the blank circle (shown in step 1) of the images that are on the circle selected in step 2.
Everyone shades the line drawing with colored pencils so that it looks like a color wheel.

Open House/Open Door

Figuratively my door is always open to you and your son/daughter. Please call me, email me, or stop by to see me if you are concerned about how your son/daughter is progressing in my art class or you just want to see what he/she has been up to lately.

But tonight from 5-7pm by door will literally be open because tonight is our second semester Open House. I would love to see you here at the school tonight. So if you can fit it into your busy schedule, stop by and see me. I am upstairs in room B221!
