1. Warm-up: experience an afterimage.

2. Paint a value scale.

3. Finish abstract line drawing. Make sure each quadrant has 10 sections to be painted.

4. Paint the monochromatic section of your line drawing.

5. Clean up paint supplies.

HOMEWORK:

· Get your progress report signed and return it to class.

· Get your fieldtrip permission slip signed and return it to class.

· Weekly Sketchbook Check which is due on Friday. Draw one of the activities listed on the sketchbook activities page that you received today in class. Spend a minimum of 15-30 minutes working on your drawing. You may use any media and any style. Homework passes will be accepted.

If you haven’t completed the following tasks, you need to do so ASAP!

· Bring $10 Supply fee

· Get November Newsletter signed

· Purchase supplies or bring money in to purchase supplies from Mrs. Highsmith.
