Today we began class by shading a cone.
Next we shaded a value scale in cross-hatching technique.

Then we looked at some photos and reviewed some perspective techniques the photographer had used to create the illusion of depth and volume. The six perspective techniques are: overlapping, size, color, detail, placement, and converging lines.

Finally, we spent the last half of class working on our railroad drawing.
