First thing today we practiced shading a sphere. We are learning how to shade 2-D drawings to make them look 3-D.

Then we shaded a value scale. Here is an example of both a blended value scale and a hatching value scale. After working on our value scales, we started our new project, a railroad in 1-point perspective.
